Use of this site is governed these terms and conditions outlined herin, by placing an order you agree with the terms and conditions below.

1) Make sure you read these terms and have understood them. It is your responsibility to do so.

2) Information about goods constitutes an invitation to treat and not a contractual offer. Meaning we reserve the right to correct any errors without liability to you. Also in no circumstances we will be contractualy bound to supply you with on the basis of incorrect information, even if reapeated in your order.

3) Selecting the goods:

You can select items by clicking the add to cart button, you then will be taken to the cart where you can edit contents in case of any errors.

4) Making a purchase:

To purchase items in the cart you press the button indicated and you will be taken to our secure online payment service NOCHEX to complete your order. You will be asked to provide information so we can process your order such as delivery address and payment details. It is your responsibility to provide sufficient information to process your order. We will send a acknowledgement e-mail, this is not an acceptance.

Delivery takes between 2-5 days, but ask you give us 28days in case its out of stock and we have to re-order.We will inform you of this.

5) Acceptance:

You may not assume we have accepted your order until we send you an acceptance e-mail. Only when and if you do so then we will have a binding contract. This contract will be in english and no other language.

6) Returns:

  Returns can be returned within 7 days of delivery should they be unsatisfactory. The rug must be returned undamaged , in its original packaging and condition, you are resposible for return cost(unless Faulty).

  Please note: All rugs are inspected before dispatch. Once we have recieved the rug and are happy it has retuned in the same condition as sent, we will offer a full refund. Alternatively you can choose credit for the full price and this can be used towards the purchase of another rug.

Please note: every effort is made to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug we cannot accept resposibility for any colour misrepresentations. Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours of our rug images, this is beyond our control. You may still return the rug but it will not be deemed faulty and return costs will apply.

7) Our rights to cancel:

  We may cancel the contract if goods ordered are unavailable for any reason. Such as. We do not deliver to your area, Goods incorrectly priced due to typographical error, or an error in the pricing information received from our suppliers. If we do cancel your order for any of these reasons you will be given a full refund. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for dissapointment suffered.

8) Events beyond our control:

  We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or any damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance that is beyond our reasonable control including strikes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, accidents.

9) Third party rights:

  Any person not party to this contrct has no right under UK Contrcts(Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any part of this contract.
